I have asked iburst numurous times to remove the icall service from my account as i never used it. This was done at least 6 months ago but they keep on charging me for this. When will this be removed and how am I going to be compensated for a payment towards something which I keep on asking to be taken off? Whenever I call your account department I keep hearing how your 'system' is offline or on lunch or something silly. I have a two year contract with you but my online 'self service' states that my contract term is 337 months and my renewal date is November 25, 2037!!! That's alot of months to squeeze into a 2 year contract. Please can someone who knows what they're doing sort my account out???
